The last interview I went to homey told me he can only even see about 10% of the applications that are filled because the program screens them out... and this was a fukking line cook job, not some super sophisticated job or some shyt. It made me feel like filling out apps is a complete waste of fukking time.

applied for a job doing laundry at a uniform company...They had the position posted on the door, I walk in and return the app like I know I got this... Call to check on the app shorty tells me you should hear something in a couple weeks, after two weeks I call again ...she says I just sent a email to HR about you...you should hear something in a few days, that was two months ago..dont feel bad brehs I could understand if I walk in like :dwillhuh:"ya'll nikkas hiring?"

They want a nikka to resort to crime/drugs

Keep hope alive my peoples. I got my current position after the head of a company found my résumé online. I'd uploaded it to a job site years ago and never even applied with the company that hired me.

Just get your resume out there.

I've put in so many for jobs I'm qualified for and have never heard back. It's fukked up, man. I need a job. :to:
Yes.
I'm not in HR, but I've been involved in assisting the manager with interviewing applicants. They either applied online or got their application to HR via a head hunter (contract agency).
Try Manpower or similar head hunter companies. Sometimes, they'll get job listings sooner than the general public.
