Good I hope he leaves Chris psycho Lewis alone something about that cat ain't right.

I think if Andrew leaves Chris as his gear guy that would be beneficial too. 3 years and he can't get it down is a joke. With George Farrah or Chris cormier and do a serious run and I think he can win it
Psycho wasn’t doing anything for him with that 50 sets per workout training program. Pacho will be a better trainer for him. I think this is going to be Aceto’s last chance but I don’t see a better replacement for him. Farrah is semi-retired and has health issues that kept him from fully committing to his recent clients. Cormier is more of a trainer than coach. But Cormier could help him with posing but he said he tried to reach out a few years ago but Aceto rebuffed the offer.

Psycho got look with Rhoden. That is all.
I think if Andrew trained and posed with Chris he would instantly elevate.
Farrah got the juice though, he was trying to get Rubiel from Chris last year if I remember. lol
I think Farrah was coach for his nephew at the Detroit pro too.

The only other person coahc wise I could see with Andrew would be the cat that Brandon Curry is working with now or Dom superslice

Chris will basically diet you around what you have on hand or your suggestions. He coached 2 of my friends to procards.

One of them won the overall at the USA's in bodybuilding, I stayed with them that week in Vegas and the other turned pro at nationals in classic a few years later, then won his 1st show as a pro.

They were pretty much on their own in the offseason as well, vs some other coaches that lay out a whole plan and some where it's their way or the highway.

Tuttle basically saying the same thing at the beginning. Yes he may make suggestions, but it is not as in stone as other coaches plans I have seen directly from clients. For Andrew, it could be as you are as describing, but from my experiences, it's been very loose, pause.

Aceto would tell my friend to eat an apple as part of he meal plan and my friend would ask him (green or red)

He is aggressive with the pre-contest diuretics? That’s what I heard.

Who is the nephew?

I agree I think Cormier would help the posing issues.

Dom is aggressive with peds. I like Justin Harris. My friend is working him after working with an in-house trainer at Destination and has achieved crazy results with him after one year.

I like Justin Harris also. I want to see how Brandon looks this year since he had a full year+ with him.

I guess it would depend if you need them or not. Someone like Patrick Moore was outspoken against them, but in some instances little or none are used, like in the story about Jose Raymond, Tuttle told.

My friend got food poisoning and ended up getting extra shredded and won. He didn't need much of anything after that night of vomiting, etc....I met Chris at the show and he would not talk to me at all...... until I offered him some Flipz pretzels, then be became my best friend at USA's that week. I saw him with Rhoden in Spain after that at the Arnold Madrid and he was super friendly.

I have witnessed people, ***not Chris's client*** take so many dyazide to make weight for 212, I thought they were going to end up with kidney failure. They kept taking them like tictacs since weight wouldn't drop and then they lost like 12lbs before the weigh in. They ended up placing 2nd. The same person looks back like WTF was I doing. He was a bit reckless back then and that might be an understatement.
