Lineups for this week's NY Pro.

In Classic we get a Ruff Diesel/Josema rematch.

In Open, I'm looking forward to seeing Colossus Ken (my sleeper for 2nd), Regan Grimes improvements, and Sasan against better competition.

Blessing been pro. He competed at the Olympia in 2022. He was supposed to be at the NY Pro this week but he pushed back his return for later in the year. He should consider the China Pro as its supposed to be an easy lineup. Hope he gets legs up and gets back in the game b/c his personality is good for the sport.

I thought I saw him in some documentary years ago and when I didn’t hear his name in the bodybuilding social media world I figured he fell off.

Regan loves social media more than bodybuilding. He's with the guru coach Stefan Kienzl now so I'm curious if he can tap more into his potential. But he's got to want it.

I'm not really on the socials so only see things if they pop up on youtube or it is a big thing spreading like wild fire.....I didn't know Quinton was a social media whore like Regan. Regan I knew was cause even when I was on social media a few years ago dude was all over it...... I'm guessing Quinton is taking a year off to get his health in order after the coach debacle last year. Under 30 yrs old and having to use a c-pap machine is definitly not a good look...

I just think Ruff has the better proportions. At least that’s what the judges are probably seeing.

If Josema can bring in his waist (probably not) but build out his quads and get that “X” silhouette, it’s over. I think he’s got the better conditioning.
