I think that is the best the Gen Z has to offer. It's a huge thing btw. Blowing off employers. My generation and older were always "scared and fell in line" dealing with ass hole employers and bull shyt rules. Personally I never put up with any shyt. I didn't follow that stay at a job at least three years BS. If it was wack I was out. It came to the point that I can tell the job was going to be wack by just talking to the employer.
Now employers have to get rid of that "rule with an iron fist" and think outside the box to attract talent. Salute to the Gen Z's for taking a stand and changing the much overdue company culture.

I like being around folks, and I enjoy my coworkers. Yea, some are white, but I have best friends that are white. That doesn’t really bother me. The commute, while dealing with the heavy traffic in Atlanta, isn’t too bad to me. I also enjoy driving.
