That's bullshyt - Lebron already had 17 such shots by 2009.

And here are all 40 such shots he has had so far, listed, in order, so you can't deny them.

So you're getting your information from youtube?

Way to show that you don't have the slightest clue what "moving the goalposts" means. :mjlol:

Guess what - when I keep repeating the same claim over and over

while you keep changing your claim

then I'm not the one "moving the goalposts". :lolbron:

Lebron has made 8 shots to take the lead or tie in the final 24 seconds in the PLAYOFFS ALONE

Kobe only has 7 such shots. And only 1 of Kobe's was a buzzer-beater, while 3 of Lebron's were, if that matters to you.

The real answer is that Kobe has made 55 such shots, but only 7 in the playoffs.

Lebron has made 40 such shots in his shorter career, a good 8 of them which were in the playoffs.

You seem to be trying to not count game-tying shots, and not counting potential game-winning shots (like taking the lead with 1 second left only to have someone else score at the buzzer), even though making either one of those shots is just as clutch as a game-winning shot, and what someone else did after you has nothing to do with anything. Even if you excuse you for both of those things, I doubt your numbers are right...which is what you get for basing your stats on youtube videos.

Now, when are you going to tell me how many misses Kobe has? Or does that not matter in Kobestan?

MOST OF THOSE ARE NOT EVEN GAME WINNERS SMH .. GAME WINNERS WITH 24 SECONDS LEFT LOLLLL. YES, THATS EXACTLY WHAT MOVING THE GOAL POST MEANS.

AND WHILE UR AT IT, PLEASE EXPLAIN WHY LEBRON HAS MISSED EVERY GAME WINNING ATTEMPT HE'S EVER TAKEN IN THE FINALS

LMAO

This nikka has really deluded himself into believing Bron has had a harder path than Kobe

Hawks were title contenders :mjlol:
A team with no superstars and Carroll getting injured

All those teams in the west you keep shytting on had ATLEAST one player that would've been the best player on the Hawks

The bulls had one guy that could create his own shot and he was 6 ft 1

That's a recipe for champions right :skip:

Super Stars are what counts in the playoffs

Anyone that knows anything about basketball knows this

Which is why the Spurs beat the Lakers in 2003. :mjlol:
Which is why the Pistons beat the Lakers in 2004. :mjlol:
Which is why Chancey Billups was Finals MVP in 2004 having never made an all-star, let alone All-NBA team. :mjlol:
Which is why the Clippers beat the Mavs in 2007. :mjlol:
Which is why Tony Parker was Finals MVP in 2007 having never made an All-NBA team. :mjlol:
Which is why the Magic beat the Celtics in 2009. :mjlol:
Which is why the Mavs beat the Lakers AND the Heat in 2011. :mjlol:
Which is why the Lakers were in the 9th spot until Kobe got hurt in 2013. :mjlol:
Which is why Kawhi was Finals MVP in 2014 having never made an all-star, let alone all-NBA team. :mjlol:
Which is why the Spurs beat the Heat in 2014. :mjlol:
Which is why Iguodala was MVP in 2015 coming off the bench and having never made an All-NBA team. :mjlol:
Which is why the 2017 Durant/Curry/Klay/Green Warriors just lost a game to the Spurs by 29. :mjlol:

Which is why Durant, Carmelo, CP3, Westbrook, Harden, Nash, Carter, Iverson, McGrady, Payton, Miller, Malone, Stockton, Barkley, Ewing, and so on have never won a ring. :troll:

While Iggy, Kawhi, and Billups are Finals MVPs. :lolbron:

You could go on and on like this...why'd Payton lose to the Nuggets? Why'd Larry Bird lose to the Bucks? Why didn't Jordan start winning rings until he was 30? Why didn't Baylor ever win anything? Why'd Kareem go through most of his prime without a ring? Why'd Wilt only win 2 if he was one of the greatest ever? Why'd Oscar and West never lead a team to a ring at all?

A LOT of things come together to win a ring. It's a lot easier to find teams with "no superstar" that won a ring than it is to find teams with "Bad coaching and serious gaps at multiple positions" that have won a ring.

Good coaching while being strong at every position is usually going to beat bad coaching with 1-2 stars and serious position gaps, unless you have an all-time top-3 player...and even then it's rare. :manny:

Sccit, people have been using the "less than 24 seconds" definition for DECADES. One of those links I sent you using the definition was from 2009. Do you think I magically moved the goalposts 7 years ago?

The shot clock is 24 seconds. If there are less than 24 seconds left and you miss, then you either have to foul or give the other team the last shot. If you make it, then it could be the game-winner without you ever having to touch the ball again. That's why that's the definition.

If you want to make your own definition, then make it and explain it. Otherwise you're just going to pick whatever bullshyt you can.

Anyway, only 5 of the 40 shots on that list were from 20-24 seconds left. That still leaves Lebron with 35 shots with 19 seconds or les.

Yes, Lebron is 0-5 on game-winners in the Finals, while Kobe is 1-5. I'm sure that 1 made shot proves Kobe is the great!

You haven't forgotten the term "moving the goalposts" already, have you?

Overall, Lebron is 8-19 on game-winners in the playoffs, while Kobe is 7-28.

42% > 25%, and comparing 20+ shots is a slightly more meaningful number than comparing 1 out of 5.

@The Dankster is a terrible troll who is talking about kobe everytime i see him post

:dahell:

This is a thread about Lebron. :heh:

Who brought Kobe into the discussion? :sas1::sas2:

It's too late for you to try to make a late charge for WPOY. While you have a good chance at #2 in the voting, Sccit already has this sewn up. I'd just stand down and save the stupidity for next year when you have a fresh start.

Complains about Kobe being brought up (by Kobe stans) and then brings the discussion right back to Kobe. :deadmanny:

Well, let me know when Kobe picks up that second MVP award. :umad:

Or that third Finals MVP. :umad:

Let me know when Kobe gets considered to be a better passer than Lebron. :umad:

Or a more efficient scorer. :umad:

Or better at rebounding. :umad:

Or better at team defense. :umad:

Or better at blocking shots. :umad:

Or better at driving to the basket. :umad:

Kobe is going to pass Lebron in career ppg, rpg, apg, spg, bpg, FG%, and 3pt% pretty soon now, huh? :umad:

Kobe's going to pass Lebron in career assists, rebounds, and blocks pretty soon too, right? :umad:

Lebron's coming for steals and points next. :demonic:

Don't worry, Kobe will always have career FT% and the missed shots record sewn up forever.:lolbron:

LET ME KNOW WHEN LEBRON GETS 4 STRAIGHT GAMES OF 50+

LET ME KNOW WHEN LEBRON GETS 62 IN 3 QUARTERS, OUTSCORING AN ENTIRE TEAM

LET ME KNOW WHEN LEBRON MAKES 12 ALL-DEFENSE TEAMS

LET ME KNOW WHEN LEBRON GETS 5 RINGS

LET ME KNOW WHEN LEBRON LEAVES THE JV LEAGUE AND COMES TO PLAY AGAINST THE COMPETITION OUT WEST
