i'm actually surprised that the newest gym craze isn't paying money to live in a box for set period of time and having to do workouts doing specific periods of the day while having limited access to food options.
And miss out on all the clout to chase? Nah not happening :pachaha:

I'm a former football dude who still does his college workouts and I've held up well over the years.

You wrestle me down to the ground and I guarantee we'll both end up at max heart rate, will be sweating like we just hit the sauna, then I'll bless you a with full body workout that I'll guarantee you wake up sore as fukk all over from, along with your mind, body, and spirit feeling like a million bucks.


The best part of our workout is that I'd incorporate the stretching right into the exercise.

That's why the fighters you see in shows like Spartacus, 300 or Troy are believable. If you're only fighting or working out 24/7 with no other daily responsibilities, you're gonna be yoked, even if its just push ups and pull ups :yeshrug:



Historically speaking they looked nothing like that. They carried a lot more mass and were built more like fullbacks. That’s just hollywood spin.

Keep in mind, if you literally had nothing else in the world to do all day I’m pretty sure you’d see definitive results very quickly

Literally spend 12 hours or more working out every day for years and see results. I'm shocked :comeon:

Carbs make you fat when you don't use them. Fat=unused energy

So yes a diet of Cheetos, ramen, and canned tuna will make you fat as fukk if you're sitting down 8 hours a day but it's the perfect fuel if you're doing 300 burpees a day

My boy came home last year after doing 6 and does some workout where you fill up a bucket of water and use it to do sit ups.

Prison got him going to the gym every day to maintain the body he got while in there

3 shytting meals a day and u in your cell or in the yard, only thing is workout

I have seen plenty of tookie Williams come on and after a year or two and working and family those muscles dont look to great no more because of time
