IT does mean something......

It means that the Spurs can beat the dubs on the second night of a back to back

It means GSW has to realize that they have to be sharp and have alternative sets for when that longball aint dropping.

It showed me that LMA will be a liability in that series....I didnt think he played that well last night consuming 25 shots to get 26 points. GSW will be satisfied on their defensive efforts on him

It showed me that Draymond Green will have to prove he is worth every bit of that money they are paying him in a series against the Spurs......his flop last night made me chuckle

It showed me Curry might have to finish at the rim more in that series than he has had to do the whole season if they gonna ballhawk and trap him the way they did last night

The Spurs have a Danny Green problem.......everytime the Warriors made him put the ball on the floor bad things happened. To exacerbate that he isnt exactly scorching the cord from downtown.

Harrrison Barnes is not particularly good and the Warriors may very well look for someone to replace him this offseason.

For all the talk about the Warriors missing Bogut, Ezeli and Iguodala....the fact of the matter is this.....if their backcourt production drops this postseason that will have way more impact than any missing or injured player...

Shoot if teams can even just limit Klay's production..they are in with a fighting chance....harder to actually do than say

I don't care what anyone says. This game meant everything to the spurs. Because what's worst than acting like this game means nothing for the spurs, is if they would have lost this game with all those players out on they home floor. It would have been mentally demoralizing to the spurs to lose this game with all things in their favor on their own floor. Warriors can walk away with somewhat a moral victory. But now spurs can walk away feeling like all we have to do is get 1 in golden state because we own them here.

The warriors are too good of a team for any team to properly analyze in a couple reg season game. They are a Rubic cube that can only be solved in a 7 game series.

It wouldn't have been as demoralizing as everybody trying to make out a Spurs lost would have been. Duncan didn't see much run because Bogut was out. When he's back, Duncan will see more action and they will cancel each other out. LMA will guard Green.

The Spurs didn't shoot well yesterday either. Why is everybody acting like only GS didn't have a great game offensively yesterday is beyond me

lol if the Warriors won this game all we'd hear is hyperbole about how they're the greatest team ever and how Steph is Jordanesque and blah blah blah.

But now they lost, so of course, it means "nothing." :mjpls:

These nikkas lost and we STILL have to deal with the hyperbole. Spurs were playing swarming defense out there and Steph got blocked on multiple occasions but dudes SWEAR he just "had an off night." nikkas have bought into the Curry hype so much that they forget he's human and seriously think he's immune to good defense. :dahell:

It means the Spurs are one game closer to the Warriors in the standings now.

It means the Spurs are still on pace for 70 wins.

It means the Spurs are still undefeated on their home floor.

gs had perfect health and all their opponents had one major player injured throughout the 2015 playoffs but gs fans will ignore that fact. :martin:
spurs won that's all that matters and gs probably won't break the record. :camby:

I'm relieved to see a contender finally beat the Dubs but how excited can we be with this win if the Warriors still only lost by 8 while missing a starter in Bogut and two VITAL bench players in Iggy and Ezeli? Steph played horribly and they only lost by 8 brehs.

Is this really a win for S.A.?

This just proves they ain't beating the Warriors imo.

You at home where you undefeated against these nikkas.

Warriors missing some key players

Steph and klay playing like the trash brothers

Lma and even Danny green turning it up.

Yet only win by a few points

Now reverse those roles
Spurs at Warriors home
Warriors got all key players
Steph and klay playing better

Smacking the Spurs by 20

That key difference told me all I needed to know about what's coming this playoffs.

Nah. They scraped out a win despite 2 of the best shooters ever going a combined 11-40, outrebounding them by 20+ and missing key guys

This ain't going 7 games. 5 maybe 6 games max

Yeah, let's just act like the Spurs didn't shoot 41% and have 17 turnovers, like that's typical.
