:wow: you know you training in a real gym when you never even seen a smith machine before. It's basically a barbell tethered to like a pully-type system. You can shoulder press, squat, and bench in them. They're horrible for your joints though and they're awkward as fukk to use.

Step 1 to getting in shape is DIET.

Everything else feeds off that.

I be trying breh :mjcry: but plain eggs in the morning are gross to me and I can only have grilled chicken like 2x a week. After that I get grossed out by bland food and then skip meals and that makes it worse

:heh: Yeah, those are smith machine hack squats. I used to do those but it felt like my knees were getting skullfukked by a jackhammer. Haven't touched a smith machine in god knows how long. Only time I ever step foot inside a smith machine is to set-up a t-bar row

I prefer doing calve works out on the smith machine over doing squats on it. Stack some weights up, stand on em and do 3 sets of 10 reps doing 100 :damn:

I love doing legs :lawd:

You can tell that he struggled with lifting that much weight. It's good that he's working out again. If he didn't, the money he spent on smart lipo would have been a waste, but he can afford it. He looks much better when he's in shape.

What does this have to do with his music though? Shouldn't this be in the locker room or the gym section?

If you have a shoulder injury you should probably avoid benching - or at least benching so heavy (for yourself).

I've worked out at loads of hotels. If they have racked weights they'll have free weights. Drake isn't the strongest either so I'm sure weights I the 20kg-30kg would do just fine for the dumbbell bench.
