you know you training in a real gym when you never even seen a smith machine before. It's basically a barbell tethered to like a pully-type system. You can shoulder press, squat, and bench in them. They're horrible for your joints though and they're awkward as fukk to use.Getting your ass beat by a 50 year old man will do that.![]()

Yeah, those are smith machine hack squats. I used to do those but it felt like my knees were getting skullfukked by a jackhammer. Haven't touched a smith machine in god knows how long.
