don't get me wrong. brees is great. i think brees and rodgers are on a same level. but brady got to michael jordan status with his 5 ring. there's no argument after that

Brees is short Payton , both are scientists back there, Brees benefit from longer time in anti D league. Also he played in more competitive NFC, AFC been a 3 squad conf damn near 20 yrs now. He was biggest victim of bounty gate

Lmao at him being better then rodgers from 2012 on. Rodgers has the same bullshyt defense except brees has better weapons and plays inside 9 games a year yet he be missing playoffs while rodgers has made the playoffs except for 2017 and 2008 in his entire career.He's also had some crazy losses he shouldn't have

2013- Loses to Seattle. This the one game Drew brees knows he could have played better. 300 passing yards is enough for everyone except for a guy like Brees.

I love aaron rodgers but Drew has really been better since 2012 and beyond including health which has been a huge deal for aaron.

it's a game you can't win. brady has proven that he puts up godly numbers with a weapon. he won with nobody. he won in a rebuilding year. D feeds off from brady's greatness. there's a reason why pats struggle early, but always finds a way to win.
personnel wise pats D ain't nothing special in the past decade or so. but playing in foxboro has that added fear factor because of brady/beli and that makes the D look great on paper. there's a reason why pats D get exposed alot in the playoffs.
also pats defensive number is skewed no matter how you slice it. when you play in foxboro there's more bad weather game. and pats play jets, bills, and dolphins who aren't so great on offense. and they specifically built their teams that way trying to beat the pats. obviously they know they can't outscore the pats. that's why they always emphasize on slowing brady down.
and is it fair for brees who played with bad D? no. but life in the nfl ain't fair. brady/beli is a perfect marriage that lasted 2 decade. we ain't ever gonna see this type of dominance.
