It's sad that having a regular 9-5 job has somehow become something to be ashamed of in our community. That you're some kind of lame or sucker if you work a job that offers benefits and a retirement plan. :dahell:
Not only in the black community, the whole manosphere bullshyt keeps shytting on regular 9 to 5, not to mention the literal prostitutes on the women side and the OF hustle.

Lol no respectable IT position is 3 hours a day, maybe support or something like that, but programers and engineers sometimes can work up to 10 hours a day.

LOL
There’s way more jobs in IT than the ones you mentioned .
I’ve been working max 3hrs a day for well over a decade now 100k+ in more than 3 positions/companies

Shout out to to him and Deante Kyle

Just need nikkas in more actual business coops with the money they get from these trades and go worldwide as a unit

I told some kids to go to college and get a business degree and go to trade school/community college as their grad school and get certified in a trade. It's a great combo. They can just go to a cheap university/collge(even online) just for the business knowledge then do trade school.

Trades as whole are gonna be fukked when Gen x retires. When I consulting construction companies/owners would say multiple times how hard it is to get younger people into the industry and they are going to lose a lot of knowledge/experience.

For black people this would be a huge opportunity to get into and potentially own this industry. Especially if you’re in the northeast where unions are king.

Is it too late for 44 year old

I’m thinking about making career change this AI takeover is making me uneasy

Never too late and 44 is relatively young.

If you dont do it now, when you're 54 you'll really hate yourself for not jumping in back when it was wide open a decade back.

It's how I imagine most hispanics eat, young and old :manny:

I look like Lamelo ball, Jason Tatum body type pause

But…I can feel my body breaking down fast. Like my knees and back :lupe:
wear knee braces and get in to someones electrician school ASAP

i have a 4 year degree and a trade school degree and I value the trade school degree more

industry has made tons of innovations in safety and personal wear. I tried on the beta version of this exoskeleton when Hilti was demoing it, felt like I wasn’t lifting anything overhead when I was using their fasteners.
