I'm seriously considering doing the same.
I'm typing this from my home office in sweat pants with a t shirt on
People who are skilled and can get other jobs will leverage that
So companies that require in person workers will either pay a premium or have to accept mediocre people who ain't good enough to compete for the remote jobs
2021+ not being remote is like not offering 401k or PTO. Somebody will accept those jobs but it won't be anyone with options

. Nobody is suggesting someone who is at an entry level position is going to be quitting because they can't work from home. But best believe that the people that really know their stuff and have a valuable skillset will be jumping shyt if WFH isn't a perk. It was already happening pre-pandemic and now that people got a taste of it, expect it to happen more often.



the building owners are probably pissed they not getting rents like they used to...
especially if its not a physical job...
