Referring to tea leaves I read in an article where Reali was referencing his desire to have Kellerman back at the 20th year show. In that same article he reflected on why he believes Max stayed away.

Even if he did want to come back, I doubt they would have let him done so.

Years ago, ESPN wanted to bring Jaws back on air after laying him off, but Disney said no.
