GOD DAMN.![]()
I know no one who is unemployed with a STEM degree. No jealousy at all. The fact that so many ppl say the same "you majored in bullshyt. Shoulda did STEM" is comical. Esp if theyre black. Cacs dont care if you got certs n majored in engineering they still gonna look at you like.
We got blacks shyttin on eachother when both of em with degrees aint gettin that job![]()
This is an empty statement.Best route is your OWN route. Not everyone is interested in having a career programming or doing mathematics. Life is about learning your career should be something you wanna do and love. Plus, most ppl nowadays really are trying to be jack of all trades

This is an empty statement.
You don't graduate from undergrad and start a car company or a tech firm with no experience![]()
But you're just talking aimlessly right now.Didn't say that at all. Whatever you wanna do as a career you need some kind of exp. Just saying the route YOU choose on your OWN to get what you want
this might be illegal in some jurisdictions so be careful...but if it's legal where you at thenI had an idea...
Check "white" on online job apps.
When they call to schedule an interview, ask for email confirmation of the interview (many do this automatically).
Cop one of those hidden camera pens. Clip it to your suit/shirt coat pocket. Record the entire interview.
When they rush the interview to get your black ass outta there, send all video/email confirmation to attorney.
We gotta fight these greedy racist b*stards guerilla style. Hit em where it hurts. They'll likely settle out of court to avoid the PR hit. ESPECIALLY if they have government contracts.

third interview: Did a phone interview, then video interview. bytch kept telling me she was trying to contact her hiring manager. Kept reaching out to eachother for 2 weeks then finally, the position vanished off the site![]()

then, expect him to pay for housing and his own food and trans
. We all know what kinda swindle that isShould also stress the importance of Internships/Co-OPS while your in college. I keep tellin my youngns to get in on those early and network like a mofo. I interned with BNY Mellon during my junior summer of college in their Atlanta office, and was able to get a full time job with them after I graduated and moved to New York. My regular ass Degree from my Regular ass college was no match for the people I was working with on Wall Street, I know for a fact I wouldn't have been there if it wasn't for that internship.
Don't get lost in the books for 4 years that you forget to get some real world experience in the meantime.
that shyt doesn't matter at all. as long as you're in, you're in. that's why i don't even hate on white people who got put on. they used what they have to gain positioning. that's what they're SUPPOSE to do. fukk what's fair. you do what you can to move up and when you're in a position to help, you help who you want to help the way you can.i'm not even qualified, there were like 200 people that applied for it
but eff it, going to soak everything in

ok sirWell...That whole "internships= job" thing is starting to become whack. Most of these companies that have internships just use people for free labor or underpay and under teach them.
How do you expect a person to work for an internship over the summer in another state for $10/hrthen, expect him to pay for housing and his own food and trans
And don't even say "well get an internship that pays for all that" because most companies aint covering those expenses just for 3 months.
Then, those unpaid internships. We all know what kinda swindle that is
That's why I moved to NYC...
I never cared for corporate America just like you...I want to be in entertainment cause even with all of the stuff I have done that's what I'm the best at. I was never satisfied just having a career and that being the sum whole embodiment of my existence. I just knew it was gonna be rough but I didn't realize how rough.
Like my last living situation I was living with three of my friends (all white)...none of them went to college. And they were all able to find work easy while I struggled to find anything really viable so I just took whatever I could find.
The odds are against us but fukkit you just gotta keep grinding and never give up.
