I tried entrepreneurship but failed. Didn't have the capital to pick myself back up. It is said that you have to run at least three businesses into the ground before you get it right. I don't have a rich grandfather to finance my dreams.
I went two years without a decent night's sleep and not a single day off because there was always something threatening the little business that I was getting. You always have to be three steps ahead of the game and to me that stress was almost unbearable. Technology can phase you out overnight as was the case with my business. If it is lucrative enough the white man is already throwing billions at it. So that leaves us with very few opportunities.
Having gone through that I don't mind working my 9-5 and taking 3-4 weeks off a year. But I'm definitely going to give it another try once I'm truly ready.

The market is different now, they can hire people with 10 years experience for positions that used to require little to no experience.

Also, when they become a member of their professional organization, AMA for Doctors or APhA for Pharmacists, when they go to meetings there are job postings and opportunities to meet employers.

And I'm a black female so I know I was meeting a quota in that office. There were two other black women and once I got hired they got rid of one. I saw the storm brewing and it hurt my soul to know I hurt my people for simply wanting to earn a living. Then I saw them slowly dismantle the BEST worker they had who was a BLACK MAN with a degree from Stanford. That is when I learned them degrees mean shyt to these mothafukkas. They purely hate you. He was intelligent and training everyone and putting the managers in their place, respectfully. But they couldn't handle that shyt. It's like they couldn't compute "intelligence" from ANYONE. They literally dismantled this man's job and "disappeared" him one day. shyt is

And him and the woman they fired were real OGs I could have gained so much game from. The only other black women there was c00ning andmost of the time so I could only take so much of her. I was on an island dying of starvation working there. And since I was gracefully dogging their bullets their hate and vengeance grew for me one day. Eventually they picked me off too but I'm 100% at peace with creating my own job now cause that shyt is not the business.

CAC Style Group Economics could do it. Wealthy Blacks coming together to form super-conglomerates of financing for vocations in their preferred spheres of influence. Each conglomerate is assigned an area of the country with divisions handling high school, college, and post-graduate career guidance and employment. Along with.a special division for gov't lobbying on the local, state, and federal lvl. 
For example:If Bobby is a multi-millionaire CEO of an architecture firm in Atlanta, he gets with his fellow Black business and community ldrs to pool their wealth. Bobby handles architecture, so he begins farming HS students with an interest in architecture to guide them to sympathetic centers of higher education where they pursue degrees in that field with contracts guaranteeing them jobs in that field upon graduation with Bobby's chosen firms first, then they'll have the option to either form a partnership with Bobby and strike out on their own, with all of the conglomerate's connections, or continue under Bobby.
Through partnerships with sympathetic politicians, Bobby's political bagman (lobbyist) is able to acquire gov't contracts on all lvls for the partners of this conglomerate. He's also able to acquire gov't funds for the schools educating the future architects in their classrooms. This would actually require 3 diff divisions of bagmen for the 3 diff lvls of gov't. Perhaps at the federal lvl partnerships are formed with international gov'ts as well to contract out big gov't jobs.
Looking back at history, none of these captain of industry CACz got to where they are but the free market alone. They got their money up a bit, got down with a lobbying firm, and started getting huge gov't contracts creating not only generational wealth for their cohorts but influence in the legislative branch that created laws that unfairly fav0red their interests. Why else do u think nikkas on that libertarian free market bullshyt look like idiots to the very proponents of that ideology?
Why else do u think gangsters got down with prohibition before legitimizing themselves in gov't? They needed a black (untraceable) source of income to start buying off politicians to prop up their "Ma and Pa scrappy upstarts".
The only thing you have to deliver to the politicians is votes, and once you've guided the communities to see things the way your conglomerate sees them, you'll be able to deliver votes AND groom non-c00n non-subversive representatives in gov't to back you directly. Like having members in the gov't instead of being on the outside just funneling votes and cash. The stronger your lobbying network is, the farther your people get away from unemployment and poverty.
Of course this is all pie in the sky bullshyt without the CIA AND law enforcement's jankiness factored in, but there's always a clear and present danger from intelligence agencies and law enforcement when it comes to group economics because it disturbs the old order that's already entrenched.
But once financing is secured and the lobby is up and running, that's it. Pretty soon it would be possible for your reps in gov't to even tell the real janky Iran Contra types to back off.
We would just have to live long enough to get embedded in gov't.
