Dont laugh, but I was the punter on our high school team.
We were tied and had the ball on our 40 yd line on 4th down & 4 with 30 seconds left.
I get sent out to punt and take our chances in overtime. In my head i was like"im fakin this punt and gettin the 1st down."
The long snapper snaps it to me and i take off running and pick up the 1st.
Im like
The crowd goes crazy. Coach looks in the air likeand the coordinators lookin like
The offense comes back on the field and the fukkin runnin back gets the ball punched out his hands and they run it back 50 yds for the score. Im in the back by the benches feelin like
Everybody runnin towards me with their helmets in their hands talkin bout "WHY AINT U PUNT?!"
I just sat there like

you cant control the RB fumbling. What if you punt and yall go to OT. Same RB gets the ball and fumbles

thats like me and my girl take time to make a grocery list..then i get in the store and dont wanna be walking around with a list so I just get groceries off the top of the dome

Yes, last game of my senior year we were getting smoked, my coach had been doing the most asinine lineups all year and took the starting 4 of the 5 of us out in the 3rd quarter to teach us a lesson, it was still close at that point but we were sloppy and lazy according to him. The game starts getting away from us, our PG who he left in the game lost his cool after the ref called a block on him which was his 4th foul dude ended up cursing out the ref and got ejected 
Start of the 4th the doors were blown off and he wants to put me back in, I just straight up told him "no" he had the 
face. There was no comeback regardless, two plays later our backup PG got bodied on a dunk and our own bench was just clowning him, needless to say we were a talented but dysfunctional team.
Oh, and our PG that got ejected was a freshman but he was 17 years old , he was like 3 months older than me and I was a senior.

I played baseball in middle school/high school. I actually got benched for a few games because I tried stealing 2nd and 3rd without the coach telling me to. I was a good base runner who rarely got thrown out, but coach wasn't having any of it
