Someone mentioned Dj Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince, Too Short put out a double disc for his greatest hits as well but Pac clearly started the trend by putting out the successful AEOM. So I would say that they were biting him. They weren't following the lead of Too Short, Dj Jazzy Jeff and The Fresh Prince or anyone else mentioned and it certainly wasn't a coincidence either. He popularized the idea.

U said absolutly nothing.....Outside of the genre of Hip Hop the double album existed since the 60's and 70's. I mean come on now, the legendary Songs In The Key Of Life was a double album. You gonna really try to convince me that the double album was popularized by 2pac when Stevie Wonder made history in Black music doing that 2 decades prior?

MJ and Prince were doing double albums in the 90's before Pac aswell.
To sit there and actually think that 2pac popularized the idea of the double album is fallacy and tip riding at its worse.
