Did I call Drake a nerd?
Did I say Drake wasn't about chit prior to rapping?

No.

Now, show me where these other rappers you talmbat took their money from acting
on childrens' television shows and gave to record labels saying "make me a rapper"...

Drake's success is manufactured, bruh. I'm just not falling for the okey-doke.

This is music. You can not manufacture success. People listen to what they like.

I'm :mjlol:how you dudes constantly try to rewrite history.

I've basically always thought Drake was a clown but the vast majority of this board liked his shyt at some point. The last year has more or less been death by a thousand cuts in terms thinning out his Coli fan base. A lot of the guys currently criticizing him were fans to some extent prior to QM....and most of the people in the "Views" thread shytting on it were fans.

I know it's simpler to paint in broad strokes of "everyone hates on Drake", but it's bullshyt. :yeshrug:

Fred.

Drake has always had the same minority of Drake fans and Majority of Drake haters on this site. Its just some are exhausted about discussing Drake because the legions of haters keep coming like the Walking Dead

Even I have grown tired of it and I've been know to argue with a brick wall on occasions.

Act like people weren't quoting Back 2 Back all of last summer well into this year brehs :dahell:
But Imma let y'all keep living in this fantasy world where Quentin Miller actually effected Drake AT ALL :heh:

Hexagram is a 45 year old white man who doesnt identify with rap outside of the 80s when he was last outside

Hip Hop fans, like metal heads take themselves too fukking seriously to the point they suck any fun of that music
And they take pride in the idea that they are having a rarified listening experience with rap compared to others that listen to music casually and don't delve deep into the semantics of bars

You know what? You're right...you can't manufacture success.
But you can project it; like a hologram.

Anyway, people will listen to what they like, yes...

...unless they are the type that mainly wants to listen to what is "new", or "hot".
...or unless they are listening to satellite radio, in which case they will listen to whatever the station plays
...or unless they are listening to terrestrial radio, in which case they will listen to whatever the station plays.
...or unless they are at the club, in which case they will listen to whatever the DJ plays.

The Drake haters on this site are angered to the point where I've gone to believe he has done something to them personally. I mean if you hate the dude then dont listen yall take it way too seriously, there have been plenty of fukkboy ass nikkas that have gotten into the rap game before Drake and yall wanna act like he is the corniest nikka to ever pick up a mic :usure:

Who made yall the judges of this shyt?

You can't project success

Have you ever been to a party or club

People dance and sing to the songs they like and know.

People change the station when a song comes on they don't like

Drake is successful because he capilized on an opportunity

Why isn't Tyga as successful as Drake he has had the same advantages

Seriously?
I don't even listen to him but there's no denying he is RUNNING hip-hop right now.

But all I see is clowns talking bout
"bu bu but he didn't sell as much as you think he did!!"
"bu bu but Hotline Bling came out a while ago!!"
"bu bu but he's a fraud"

All that bullshyt ain't changing the fact that he is the #1 rapper in the game.
Go listen to your DJ Kay Slay mixtape from 2006 and shut the fukk up :umad:
That light skin hate:wow: if dude had that baby hair, one of these nikkas would probably try to off him for the cause.

Sure you can, people do it everyday...that's why I said you can.

Do people change the station at the club when a song comes on they don't like? Or are they stuck listening to it?

When they change to another station and it's playing another song they don't like, then what?

They stay there and listen to that chit they don't like...so yeah, people will listen to whatever is playing. Thanks.

Drake is successful because he capilized on an opportunity

I don't dispute this at all, matter of fact...this is essentially what I said in my first post in here.

Why isn't Tyga as successful as Drake he has had the same advantages

Maybe Tyga is as successful as Drake in the grand scheme of things. :sas1:

Why the fukk was you giving me so much shyt when I said this tho :dahell:

:mjpls: Oh - you still here?

I didn't know because you got quiet as fucc. lol

Anyway, i'm being facetious because I still think you can manufacture success in the music business -
as well as the idea that one can project success (in the business and in regular life)...but you replied
before even stopping to consider that, didn't you?
