Calories don't automatically make a meal unhealthy, not everybody is trying to lose weight.

This meal needs more vegetables, but other than that it's not terrible.

Pointless calories 100% do contribute to a meal being unhealthy. Maybe not everyone is trying to lose weight, but most people aren't trying to gain it either. Over consumption of sauces is a huge reason why Americans are so fat.

Baked potato with cheese, sour cream and bacon= not terrible brehs
Fried fish and shrimp in heavy cream sauce= not terrible brehs
packaged mushy broccoli in cheese sauce= not terrible brehs

Again, not everybody is fat.

If it's my only meal of the day or I'm hungry I want it to have a lot of calories.

Nearly half of black people are considered Obese. YOU being skinny has no bearing whatsoever if a meal is healthy or not. Skinny people have high blood pressure. Skinny people have strokes. Skinny people have heart attacks. You're basically excusing shytty eating habits because you're at a healthy weight. Not only that, you have zero evidence that this person is using OMAD.

Let me consume a meal high in saturated fat, and sodium because I'm skinny...You just talkin, just to talk.
