why should one man be held accountable while the other children's baby fathers arent?

Where does the support stop? The mom is doing her kids a disservice if the other dads aren’t providing.Take them to child support….but nah she’d rather use her kids resources to support others.

Also the courts don’t dictate what child support can be spent on as it’s inclusive of the child’s overall needs with a custodial parent (housing, transit, etc). Only in cases of clear, obvious neglect of the child would they step in.

you take the kids shopping on your own and the court will not recognize that as money given for child support, even if you have the receipts. do that consistently and the woman can get you for missed payments in arrears / garnish your wages.
the system works against men, especially when they are black. Why isnt anyone asking where the other two kids' fathers are and why they arent being held accountable / why the state isnt taking care of the children?

One of my closest homies going through this now. He seeded her up first, they didn’t work out, and she has another kid by another dude…he pays his CS on time every month. But also takes care of his seed plus occasionally taking giving the other child a lil something too. He never tries to pit the kids against each other. He doesn’t have qualms about where his CS go. He sees the BM taking great care of his seed plus her other one. He a grown man who in a bad situation but makes the best of it and doesn’t complain.
He’s just a brotha who doesn’t like to see no kid, especially his kids half sibling with nothing. He also picks his kid up regularly, coparents, and buys him toys and clothes just for him as well. My guy not the rule but he a damn good brotha. Good job and just a wack BM, but she take good care of his and the other kid too. Why complain? Again, I’m not arguing, I just know someone in a similar situation and how he handles it

When I was paying child support for my 1st daughter my thing was once I cut the check and it's accounted for by the courts what she did with the money was of no consequence to me. I did my part I also continued to do other things for her off the books.

If it was a man spending child support on his new woman kids the tune would be different.
It’s not even a situation where the other kids are in dire need or a necessity. Simply she don’t want the other kids “feeling left out”
No care about saving the money for the intended kids future. The real resentment will be if that kid doesn’t have what they need in the later years. All because mama didn’t save/spend his support appropriately. If this was an actual court order the judge would light her up
If one of the kids wanted a PS5 for they birthday posters are basically saying it’s ok to use it.

Not quite, more or less saying there’s not much he can do however she spends the money.
His best bet if he wants a savings/etc for his kid is truly to do it himself-which the court does consider a gift-but any money he gives to the mom he can’t dictate how it’s spent.

Sometimes you can't knock her, if the first child is his, and he left her in that situation. But it's a problem if she's spending it directly with ray ray, or the other baby daddies.
