because this will effect the poor more than anyone else. yeah it will effect the internet/websites/online companies as a whole, but the biggest thing will be ISPs turning the internet into packages like cable. nobody in congress' family besides maybe the bottom 5% are worried about their cable bill/internet bill. they are all rich fukks too, just not super rich fukks (although some are also super rich fukks).
