If toxicology confirms her story, she can stay so long as she gives up the name.

The DA has had this case for over 8 years.

At this point, it's all about intent.

A shame that the evidence doesn't convict, but the principle of respect was violated.

There's too much happening with the entire situation to where the relationship would obviously never be the same.

There was trust broken, lines crossed, trauma inflicted... the combination of that... I'm not sure if the relationship could survive.

If she went to the hospital they should have been able 2 tell if she was roofied or not unless they were out of her system. Consensual sex shouldn't leave blood in the toilet n pain n the genital area....y she wont tell who the violator is is questionable...i dont want 2 say dont believe her but she not giving enuf 2 believe and ive been on both sides of the fence

Something like this actually happened to me..

Says she went to a friends house and got drunk and her friends brother raped her. I didn't know who this friend was .

She sent me this through a text .
So I go meet up with her

Me " let's go to the cops first , you know who this is , it's your friends brother . "

She wouldn't even tell me who it was .
