What about the dribbling?

I don't know, I don't dribble.

They improved player collision. I was starting to think I was playing Madden football.

Headers are not as overpowered, but the goalie still has trouble with them. But if you have players in the box, its unlikely they would score from a cross because players actually react to the incoming ball.

Lob passes still over powered, but people rarely catch me sleeping on those.

AI is still garbage and can be very frustrating, but that never really affected my game much.

I can deal with most of the other issues with the game, I've just built my UT squads to play the way they wanted.

But the control was .

Guessing they still haven't patched the abortion that is the Career Mode menus? Takes 5 minutes just to change your lineups before a game because the menus lag so bad.

It was brutal, though, because the 2nd lob was to a player that would head it in for a goal. The success rate on this was damn 100% because my LB was so slow and crossing was so powerful. Now players can actually defend a cross plus headers are not so damn accurate.

People don't do that anymore, because even though they beat your LB or RB, the header won't be very successful when they cross into your box

New Update for FIFA 14, ball control is much improved. No more my player taking 3 touches to control the ball.

I don't know if headers are still overpowered, but I notice the last 3 games no one was trying to cross or run up the wings.

Good thing I didn't buy this garbage. 13 was way to supportive of trash players which couldn't defend so they'd just let the game do so for them.

Skill moves were useless 99.9% of the time as the AI prediction was damn near perfect. Regardless I still bodied most scrubs which expected to be by the defense's AI.

Can't wait for Pro Evo to reclaim its throne and throw this noob friendly game in the sewage

2. The headers are less accurate, dudes used to be 4 feet out and would score with a header over 2 players and a goalie.

The game plays exactly like FIFA 13 since the patch, I kind of like the ball control physics it just needed to be adjusted, Inesta should not need the same amount of touches like Kompany. I should have waited for next gen.

Headers are still overpowered big time. I'm losing a game right now 4-0 to some guy online and all of his goals have been headers on corners. My defenders literally don't react to the ball at all and when you try and do it manually, they twirl around the circle of the ball and don't jockey with the opponent.

I sold FIFA back then for many reasons and you weren't one of them. School, money, waning interest in the game, etc. Fact of the matter is you still ended that year's game below me yet again. Don't let me tell everyone about Virgin Gaming.

As for you teaching me defense just because I accused you of running Legacy defending makes no sense. How do the two relate? Correlation does not imply causation. I damn sure didn't learn defense from you, especially considering how trash your defense is. It only looks somewhat decent now because of how deficient attacking football is in FIFA 14.

Manual I introduced that, I refused to play with dudes on assisted back on FIFA 10.

Have you plate the game? The headers are the same if not worse. I scored a header with xabi alonso.

I have to agree, corner play is still the same before the patch. But I close out attackers so I won't have to deal with such abomination frequently. 4 corners a game are rough odds to overcome for anyone. Seems like its going to be a very long year for you...improved ball handling changed my fortunes greatly.

LOL, I don't know what it was but for the first couple weeks I was really enjoying this game but now I don't even want to turn it on, just pure rage every time I play.
