Getting a full FF7 game from start to finish based on how this demo is and what they say to expect for 60 bucks is completely unreasonable.
I expect to have paid 180-240 for all of FF7 by the time they finish.

I honestly don’t get the complaints about Barrett. Wasn’t he like this In the original game? Especially at the beginning before he revealed his other side as the game went on. We will probably see more of that in part 2.

I said more button mashey as compared to the OG. It is inherently more button mashey due to it being more action oriented now.
I agree it’s not as erratic as ffxv but it’s definitely closer to it than turn based combat.
there is still some strategy involved and it will increase as party becomes bigger/more diverse and enemies get harder but I literally mashed buttons more. I’m not complaining tho. I was never one for OG rpgs like that. Was always a platformer/action adventure type gamer.
