what was the storyline in that one? I remember playing the original and thought the combat and art direction were A+. Story seemed like it had potential but got a little silly. Felt they left out a lot of background lore that could've been dope.

I give them a A for effort but the story and lore was a miss, i didn’t like any of the characters either. Overall a boring ass game especially compared to 12, I’m not knocking anybody who liked the 13 trilogy it just wasn’t for me. I’ll never replay it

Started playing last week, really can't get into the game.
Gameplay is good but its just...boring, the characters, the world, I'm really early on so hopefully it will click at some point...or it won't like it happened with 13 and 13-2

12 is up there for me. Some of the best world building they had done in some time. Felt like that was a throwback "adventure" FF game. Especially after FFX was so on the rails.

at least I got a second set of Eikon powers, can anyone give me a light spoiler and tell me if I get different kinds of weapons other than swords or if I get to control the other characters in my party?
I'm waiting for the game to click with me but I just get bored pretty quickly and stop playing, also coming from Expedition 33, the "world map" was like a fukking slap in the face when I first saw it.

13-2 was solid to me. Loved the troll ending too. It also has one of the only antagonist in the series that actually won. I don't mean a temporary victory like Kefka, Ballad actual won period.13 trilogy
