It's rare that the fit AND situation is right. 99% of the time the fit is wack and the situation is off. Most people shouldn't bother.
If you have a tailor, the sneakers are minimal, no tie is required (collarless shirt please), AND the occasion is a party or otherwise downscale... Go ahead. Otherwise... Nah. If you gotta wear J's ditch the suit.

I can agree with wearing basketball sneakers and jeans, I just can’t make it look good lol. I’m always wearing some casual joints like Pumas, Adidas, or Chucks with jeans. Nobody is stopping me from doing thatif you are wearing sneakers with anything other than sweats you lost.

I have no problem with someone doing the same job everyday doing this. A lot of the ESPN analyst do it. It’s no different than a lady taking off he heals and putting on slippers

Understood. I’ll wear them if I’m at an event or doing minimal movement. I literally walk around for miles in the city just seeing what’s going on. I’m keeping sneakers on deck. Mostly running shoes too.

I feel you. I have a friend who has his own style business and he’s the type to wear a suit to go to the Dunkin’ Donuts around the corner. I told him I’m all about the dapper look but not 24/7
His reasoning. “You’ll never know who you bump into”.

Wearing a suit with casual shoes is one thing. Wearing it with Jordan’s is super tacky lol
If a nikka is out here saying there is something with this look...the pic I showed earlier, so this. Both sneakers and jeans.
Probably not the type of people I'd see myself vibing with.
I don't do my jeans with rips in it but I have seen it done will.
