Gas is gas, I can't worry about it that much. I get points from grocery stores that have gas programs and help save on it that way.
Part of me thinks it's companies and the government positioning themselves for the US's supposed self sustainability in oil production.
I get a rebate check from costco based on how much I spend, so I will be getting my refund in a week or two.
but still, I didn't get gas last week, so I haven't put gas in my car in 2 weeks. I was driving the last 50 miles with the light on, cuz I flat out REFUSE to get gas anywhere else than the costco that I pass on the way to work since it's one of the cheapest in the chicagoland area.
that being said, premium was $4.11 there (it's $4.89 by my house) and it still cost me $74 to fill my car up from below the E to waaaayyy past the F
them arabs lookin at all of us like
I never understand why I see a station full of people pumping gas there when a station right by it is $0.20+ cheaper
man its just the principality of it all. like you CAN'T go to the more expensive spot. even if the difference is like a nickel a gallon. in the case I mentioned earlier, 70 cents a gallon is a major difference. especially when I just put damn near 18 gallons in my whip.
