People just don't respect black QBs...Most whit people don't and even some black folk....

There's still a lot of archaic ignant thinking with regards to QBs. We have more black starting QBs in the league but everything they do is undermined.

Meanwhile, mediocre white QBs get all kinds of time to "grow" or suck.

White QB will always get the benefit of the doubt over a black QB.

Geno isn't great but to be honest I have not seen enough of him. I think what i've seen thus far warrants another shot. He's very up and down...but the ups are quite good.

If there's no progression this year and he's given every opportunity then maybe it's time to turn the page but I find folk are way too impatient when it comes to QBs....and even worse if they're black. Kaep had a 2:1 TD to INT ratio last year with a god awful offensive philosophy and folk ready to burn him at the stake.

Black QBs are not allowed to have a down year or even a down few games... The leash is so short.

That's true for any team.

Guarantee you though the coaching staff isn't paying the crowd any attention if they believe Geno is their best chance to win.

I'm sure there were Seahawks fans who were adamant about Flynn not starting a few years back. Coaching knows their team most likely more than any fan does.

any team can realistically accomplish that. whether or not you believe in it doesn't matter. the defense got you as far as youve been since your only win, and you still dont believe in it

cant feel sorry for fans that are stubborn as fukk and would sell their souls for magically getting a hall of fame qb opting for the 'magic' route instead of working slowly and surely on building a team.

and building a defense-oriented team is much cheaper nowadays too. you can get 3-4 quality defensive players for the price of above average qb.
