Yeah I never really cared to use it for spirit/health.

When I went to fight the ONI, I used it because i drained all my spirit fighting the grunts before him.

I ended up doing the mission over and saved my spirit and beat him.

Just finished beating this game. I love this game but the ending just pissed me off, and I'm kinda disappointed.

Spoiler: The Ending!

When Jubei jumped in and I was like . It was pointless for him to come back to the fight. And it damn near made me quit the game. IMO, would’ve been a more impactful ending if you have a "choice" in the end like Tsushima. A final stamp on where your playstyle/headcanon leans into.

And one of that choice can lead to Jubei's Death (revenge driven selfishness), and the other, Atsu's (Family driven selflessness)

I was so ready for Oyuki to sacrfice herself and finally prove to Jubei that she's changed too. But she was hanging along in that final episode and was pushed off screen just so Jubei could die unnecessarily.

Just finished,

I give Tsushima an 8 I give this like an 8.8

Open world, multiple weapons, and main character I like more.

The flashback stuff I didn’t really love and the overall story is just above average but it was paced better than the first game.

I want a nice single player dlc similar to iki or burning shores and I’m good on the ghost series taking a short break for something else next gen. Just so maybe Witcher 4 or whatever introduces some new open world stuff into the genre to keep the genre fresh.

Looking forward to playing legends early next year though
