Rza used that beat on The GrungeMost of the old joints are HEAT and deserve to be on an album called Supreme Clientele 2. The new joints are hit or miss with weak beats. Windows is crazy. GZA sounded good. Album definitely needed more Rae. Skits were alright, Pause was funny. It's probably the best Ghost album since Big Doe Rehab.
SoulseekSomeone pass the mustard, please. Can't find it at my usual sources yet.
I think this’ll be similar to Rae’s in that it’ll be good but not excellent. I guess it could be excellent but I don’t want to get my hopes up too muchI think the issue some have is that Supreme Clientele was a highly curated project
RZA and Ghost had a vision for the production. While a lot of it was handled by lesser known names, it was deliberately on some soulful breakbeat shyt. As a result, it was very influential
Lyrically, Ghost was inspired by his trip to Africa. Whether he got some help remains a debated topic, but it was clearly intended to be a certain way
I'm not sure if this album is being approached that way, but feeling optimistic based on the tracklist and what's been heard so far that we'll at least get a solid project from this
This is a RZA production that just dropped. Would Ghost sound good on something like this?
I think this would suit GZA or MK but Ghost has also rapped on these types of beats as well.
Too bad Clyde Smith is not returning![]()
