It seems ppl think Gil got the arena popping and then sold 50%. That's wrong.
He sold 50% of the channel that he wasnt using and Underdog pumped millions(infrastructure/set/cohosts/marketing) into making it what it is today.
Gil showed the contracts/negotiations with Underdog two years ago.
