Hannahcan someone gif marine dancing?
nikka said MARINE
there was a marine on this show?!?!I've read through this whole thread and I still don't know whether this is in my wheelhouse.
Stop reading threads and picking peoples brains to see if you should watch a show you stupid lemming.
Watch it for yourself and make your own conclusion, shmuck

Just watched the whole season. It kept me entertained but Hannah and Marnie are idiots. I actually felt bad for Charlie and Adam after dealing with their nonsense.

I just read that Hannah's love interest for season 2 will be:
a doctor played by Patrick Wilson. I hope this means Donald Glover's character will be hooking up with Marnie or Shoshana.
I don't think the lack of diversity was what people complained about. It was more about the fact that when the show first got advertised, it was advertised as a show about "regular girls" that every girl could relate to... In reality it is a show about regular white jewish girls.... Some people just had high expectations for it...Wasn't gonna give this show a chance after reading about how one of the writers wrote some stupid racial shyt about Pres Obama but I watched the episodes ondemand over the last few days and I gotta admit its a good show. I like shows where the lead character is awkward and flawed. The criticism that I've seen about the show is that it is pretentious and only deals with middle class hipster white girls. And i think, uh so what? Not every show has to have some deep meaning or advocate for something. The girl that created, wrote, and directed the show said it was based on her experiences, well if that doesn't include many or any black or latinos then well that was her life experience. I read that she was going to "address" the lack of diversity in the second season.
Imo, what made the show good to me was the dialogue between the girls, the jewish young white girls. What I don't want to see is a middle class hipster Jewish white girl writing what she thinks would be good dialogue for people she doesnt understand.
Now to other shyt, Allison Williams is fine, she got no add but she's fine.
The scene where Hannah's ex tells her he is gay, and tell her her dad is gay also was hilarious
