When he was making 110k a year he should’ve made her sign a prenup. Anybody that works in a salaried position can project their future earnings increasing. He should’ve thought about this earlier.

It’s over for him.
A prenup would not have helped in this situation. That can only protect assets before the marriage. Anything you make after the marriage is fair game.

#1. With such a huge difference in pay, he should have had her sign those papers before they got married. - my ex bae (:mjcry:) made well over 200k. I told him I'd sign if we got married.

#2. She may as well sign cuz it won't make a difference. :skip: they're in Cali, and shes a homemaker. He's gonna pay regardless.

#3. Her work ethic sucks and he should bush her before they have kids . I can understand being a stay at home mom, but this chick ain't doing shyt but gossiping with her broke friend while her husband is trying to keep her up with the Jones' in damn near the most expensive neighborhood in the US. Shes a damn teacher. Go find some charity work or nonprofit to occupy your time with instead of shopping.

:camby:

force her ass to signed...

the fukk you running to your friend about something like money going on in your house..

secondly, don't give me that shyt about i love my husband when he didn't have nothing shyt. yeah right bytch

the first thing out her mouth and what she been thinking is now she can quit her job at the school and sit on her ass cause her husband is loaded with money... she not going to focus on anything else but laying back watching her husband bring in money..

if shyt goes south, she going to run to the judge and complain about she used to living a certain way and her kids are used of living a certain way... chick doesn't want to move in back with her parents now since she got accustomed to this lifestyle..

it's over for homie and his paper

So this man tells his WIFE to quit her job, focus on having their kids and then asks her to sign a post nup.

:russ:

shyt’s hilarious.
No, you are misconstruing what he said. He said "if you want you can quit that job you hate and pursue your passion or go to school to study another field. I make more than enough for both of us, I got this."
He made the offer/suggestion and she took him up on that. It was ultimately up to her. It was her choice, no one told her to do nothing.

No, nothing was misconstrued in my comprehension. I fully understand everything in the post.

If anything he’s the entitled one. Just being honest...:hubie:

You can’t crash your car and then get insurance and expect them to cover the crash after the fact. Take your L and learn your lesson.

The gall of him to even ask her to sign a post nup :mjlol:.

What a fool.

Doesnt make sense to me either. How can they say they're used to this lifestyle and be granted it. But the dude is obviously not living it paying for her life. He's making the money, shouldnt he be entitled to that same lifestyle? Why does he have to live out of a shytty apartment for someone who feels 'entitled'? He's the one making the money and doing the work!

The courts are mad

He's cheating or cheated in the past. He told her to quit her job as a guilt gift to her for cheating, then thot about losing his shyt if she finds out.
He's flailing b/c of outside ass now that he's on the come up. Money changes people.

I feel sorry for her b/c she probably genuinely loves him and stood by him through rough times. Think about how much dikk she curved for her boo on some wifey shyt.

He not curving come up p*ssy tho and he is tryin to protect himself when shyt goes left. She shouldn't sign it and she needs to cut losses now and not waste anymore of the best years of her life on a two-faced dude who feelin himself now that his cash flow is better.
Edit: She didn't mention kids so she's better off not tying herself down to him any longer than she has to.

I’m not going to read into the situation all that much. No person, man or woman in their right mind would willfully sign a post nup agreement. It’s absolutely illogical.

It's too late for him. His best bet is to start storing money off shore is hidden accounts. If he has as much money as she feels he does the same shouldn't be an issue.

That said a post nup is kind of a slap in the face. We're only getting one side of the story here so I'm curious to know what caused him to suddenly feel this way about his wife :jbhmm: maybe he does feel that now that he's "come up" he could get an upgrade on his arm? That would be fukked up but it is possible. He should just fukk high end escorts and call it a day. They know the deal, the work with rich married men every day. It's cheaper to keep her :manny:

:dahell: Yes, you are. You said she was told to quit her job. That never happened, all he did was let her know it was now a possibility because of his recent success and it was up to her to do what she wanted. Read the OP again.

He isn't the entitled one here, if anyone is, she is. She clearly believes she is entitled to the money he's made.

He was stupid to get married and took an L because she has no incentive to sign it but I completely fail to see how the breadwinner wanting to financially protect himself makes him entitled.

Wtf bizzaro world you live in, where he is the entitled one here?:heh:
