Disease is often caused by pathogens and abnormalities which evolved just as humans did. Evolution which was created by God doesn't have a right or wrong. Evolution is caused by excess of life. When an organism has more life than can be expressed in its functions of its own plane it develops the organs of a higher plane, and a new species is originated.
