I'm from the islands. Green tea is good, so is bush tea, and African bush tea. :wow:

It's good for your immune system. My piss was white as Crystal, plus I had more energy to workout/work. I've NEVER drink coffee.

oh god how I hated this

hate it Saturday mornings growing up...my mom would mix aloe vera with orange juice..."to clean out our system" :smh: had us going to the bathroom with diarrhea that night ...:yayo:

:laff:

Wait, ur mom add orange to it? :dwillhuh::damn:

My pops used to add hot water with it, so I had to drink it till it cool down. It was NASTY... He took the jelly out and mix it with the hot water... :scust:

I know how u feel sis. My pops would rub it all over my face, so it can "clean out de dirt", I use to hate it.. It's actually good for skin as well.

LIFE EXPECTANCY SUPER-FOOD: GREEN TEA
green-tea-benefits-.jpg

The health benefits of Green Tea have been so extensively researched entering it into our database of Life Expectancy Super Foods is hardly a surprise. Simply put Green Tea drinkers have a lower risk for a wide range of diseases, from simple bacterial or viral infections to chronic degenerative conditions including cardiovascular disease, cancer, stroke, periodontal disease, and osteoporosis. The latest studies provide an even deeper understanding of the ways Green Tea benefits your health, including substantial evidence it can help you lose weight.

This amazing Tea...delivers natural antioxidants and critical vitamins that help raise your metabolism and when your internal engine is cranked up you'll not only burn fat more efficiently you'll have more energy to help you stay active. If you're overweight or are just looking for an easy way to help you manage your weight, you should strongly consider adding Green Tea to your diet. Good sources to review studies that support the weight loss and metabolic benefits of Green Tea are: The International Journal of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders, The Journal of Biochemical Pharmacology, The Journal of Physiology and Behavior and The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.

GREEN TEA STUDY FINDINGS
In addition, there are many large Japanese studies that support the benefits of Green Tea, including one that followed 40,530 adults, ranging in age from 40 to 79, for up to 11 years. This powerful study was conducted by Dr. Shinichi Kuriyama from the Tohoku University School of Public Policy and published in The Journal of the American Medical Association. It not only found that Green Tea is likely to extend life expectancy, more recently, the Doctor stated, "the difference in Green Tea consumption might help explain why the Japanese age-adjusted rate of mortality due to Heart Disease and Stroke is about 30 percent lower than that of the United States." Green Tea Fights Fat

I don't drink tea and just drink water, but is green tea really effective in lowering body fat when its combined with a good diet and exercise regime?
I believe it is due to how it makes a person feel satiated from my experiences and then you don't want to put any more calories into your body thus keeping your calorie intake lower thus losing weight via less caloric intake.
