Yeah they had that case in TX a while back were that cac observed his neighbors house being robbed. On the phone with cops he went out there against the operator's suggestion and held them at gunpoint and killed them when they attempted to flee (supposedly). He didn't get charged iirc

as the only person on here who's actually been in this situation, when it happened to me, I didn't hesitate for a minute, and would sleep like a baby if I would have killed them. and the reason I couldn't hit them is simply cuz I was ducking and firing so I couldn't really see.

How you recovering breh? Did they ever catch the people responsible?

It’s unfortunate someone lost their life over a car. I’m not upset with the shooter, his whole life could get turned upside down losing that car. I’m also not mad at the family of the deceased. Family is supposed to stand up for you, even when you’re wrong. Ultimately, it’s an unfortunate situation that the thief brought upon himself.

Family is not morally wrong, shooter is not legally wrong.

How you feel about this depends on how you weigh what's moral and what's legal. In the case of the family, I understand their heartbreak, in the case of the shooter, I understand not wanting to live in terror.

Easy to joke it off online, but a difficult issue.

morals smorals. if that car is the man's only means of transportation, who is any to say he shouldn't shoot over it.
