Yeah that will do it but I mean it needs to be more catastrophic because the powers of the president goes to the vice president, he or she may not in act martial law. it takes alot more than just a president being assassinated. I'm talking vast amounts of people being killed in a vast time of conspiracy or execution plot, or a large national fight... a riot that cant be contained in one city and it spreads or some shyt. a super virus.
