Sad people sleeping on Duncan, easily higher all-time. Peak for Peak a different discussion but some of yall need to hit yall googles on Duncan's 2003 run easily top 5 chip run in history factoring in the lack of help he had + comp he had to face

Duncan has had a good team literally every year he was in the league:what:. Duncan has had several luxuries that most players let alone all-time greats aren't able to experience.

Wasn't Magic injured for most of that Finals:skip:? We're really gonna give Jordan credit for beating a team with their best player hurt:skip:. Wasn't Worthy hurt also?

The Sonics might've beat The Bulls if George Karl made the necessary adjustments after game 1...

Seattle was a bad matchup for them. Kenny Smith even said so...

The Jazz were just better...
Magic was injured in the finals against detroit, where he got swept, not the 1991 finals. He was heavily guarded by the bulls though as the other teammates couldnt deliver it

worthy was playing through injury and in the middle of the series he couldnt play anymore

the biggest reason why lakers lost was absolutely no defense in the paint from sam perkins and bum ass flopping vlade divac

and that epic disappearance of byron scott, averaging less than 5 points playing 35 minutes per game :dead: at the age of 29 when its the peak years for a player who is supposed to be one of the laker greats. Either he was injured too or he was forced to lose the games on purpose :dead:

No way should this poll be so one-sided
full

Not surprised tho since the Coliseum loves Hakeem

The fukk you mean gambled away games 4 or 5?? Tell the truth..GP had his ass on lock..

nba needed to extend the series.

We had this debate a couple of years ago but since both careers are done, it's still Hakeem, but Duncan is not as far behind him as some would think. Hakeem was of course a transcendent offensive talent but they are close defensively and Duncan is a lot more accomplished.
