Tomlin's teams with regards to the material have often been over-performing in contrast to Baltimore who have been underperforming. Dudes had like 12-13 pro-bowl guys just to get smoked real quick in the playoffs. Losing games in the 4th quarter, not being able to close big leads and all that shyt that is really bad coaching, despite having all the players.

But with that being said, I get that you wanna fire everyone. But I wouldn't just fire Tomlin, I would fire the GM too and then we can see if it's ownership or operational management.
