I'm not saying you're wrong, but I think there are signs that Williams felt like he could do whatever he wanted.

Honestly, I never got the hype in college for him. He runs backwards a lot, holds the ball in his hand like a maniac, and always seems to try to throw off balance. I'm not saying he won't be great, but I never got the hype.

Thats fine brother every one will understand the hype by the end of the season :blessed:

Sass god cometh :blessed:

Something something broke clock, truth is we will never know, but we got time let’s revisit this after his rookie contract is up and they re up and he still giving us glimmers and hope but nothing to hang our hat on

As a lifelong bears fan I underdig the pervasive pessimism but I think Ben Johnson really like that so Caleb will be fine

Should've did this last yr or if he continued the fukkery with the new coaching staff.
Same thing that happened with the Hurts/Sirianni 2023 article that came out during 2024 training camp.

I understand doing your due diligence and making sure your receipts are as solid as possible, but dropping a story about the 2024 draft and season on September 8th 2025 just isn't gonna get the traction or attention it deserves.

The heights

And i can always look for more, the kid is good and i can find some I’m him throws, but he’s still doing rookie things too, i take this past week with a grain of salt cuz the boys are ass

You pull up stats from one game :russ:

Still too early to judge Caleb but he's definitely better so far this year than last year

Every time a high black draft pick doesn't meet expectations they have to write a "This negro is immature/selfish/might be retarded" expose. First one I remember was about Kwame Brown
Which is crazy, because last year Williams threw for over 3,500 yards, 20 touchdowns against only 6 interceptions. That is a good rookie season by anybody standards.

You right, I read it in this article a few weeks ago and he made it seem like it was well known

The problem here is for all accounts Ben Johnson has said Caleb is very easy to work with and picks shyt up quickly so either the respected offensive genius no nonsense coach is lying for...reasons...or the scorned dogshyt coaches like Flose and Waldron trying to save face

which is more likely?
