Companies embellish and lie about job positions all of the time too.....they lie about compensation and realistic promotion opportunities as well

I aint got no problem with folks lying on their resume.......you either get the job done or you cant

Well fukking said. I tell everyone getting a job is like dating. You tell a mothafukka what they want to hear when you trying to date or get them numbers right? Well you need to do that same shyt when trying to get a job. Just be sure you can back the shyt up if they ask you to explain.

Come to the interview with 5 things that you would like to implement or suggest they change right away....Even leave them a short pdf or powerpoint on your thoughts

they usually get caught AFTER they have the job and they get asked to do tasks they claim they know..

its usually people embellishing the fukk out f their word/excel skills.
and being an engineer i caught a few in their design ability/Auto-cad drafting skills
