My cousins in St. Croix/St. Kitts actually introduced me to the Geto Boys and Scarface in 1996.

"Smile" was a huge song though....that was Scarface's break out hit to me.

And "My Block" how many nikkas freestyled over that beat?
:wtf:

Im not trying to disrespect face or say he’s trash. I’m just saying that folks who put Scarface in the same tier as Nas, Pac, Big or Jay come off as tryhards to prove how much rap they know.

and dudes wanna get mad cause I’m saying he didn’t get bumped like that where I’m at

In the 90s folks in Atlanta was playing A Damn Shame, Hard Boyz, No Limit,Pastor Troy, Lil Jon,Pac, Biggie, DMX, Da Organization, Kilo Ali, Diablos & in the 2000s it was Cash Money, Jay Z, Dipset etc

Idk why y’all act like Scarface was someone who everyone listened to and he was on Pac level.

No one knows any of them :yeshrug: I know Kilo Ali by name only
