Nope, I've followed the same teams since I was a kid. There are players that I root for like Westbrook, but my teams always take precedence.

but yes, ZERO parity and same faces in the finals every year
idk why y'all try talking about zero parity when NFL has parity due to everyone being shyt and obscene amount of injuries rather than actual equal talent and even then it is still the same teams every year winning championships and going to the AFC/NFC championships. Any "surprises" usually lose anyways so there's no real huge story that comes out of it(except the year seahawks won).
So, the false hope matters? Seems like that Tom Brady guy and his team end up in the Eggbowl a lot.

Who has ever defined parity as winning chips?
That doesn't even make sense breh, if the goal is to win a title then isn't it most likely that Tom Brady will probably win it or at the very least be in the championship?
The one argument I would have for the nfl over the NBA as far as who is likely to win is the playoff structure. Since the NFL it one and done I always feel however unlikely that underdog team (facing the patriots for instance )has a chance. One off game by the favored team or some luck and they have a shot. Where in the NBA with a best of 4 eliminates the luck and chance factor in favor of likely having the best team win. While I think the best team should win, from an entertainment factor it makes much of the nba playoff hard to watch. I honestly dont even watch Nba playoff till ecf and wcf if that tbh.
