Having a female roommate?

So finally I got my own place around the Jersey shore (maybe 5 min drive to the beach). Nice spot thats a 2 bedroom. I can clearly afford the rent by my own but I was thinking getting a roommate wouldnt be a bad idea; hence, its all about making and saving money at the end of the day.....right?

I posted an ad for that and I got a ton of replies especially from females (early 20s to late 30s). The only time I had roomies was in college and it was all guys and we got along pretty well. No drama. But now I am in my early 30s.......so mentally I am way different than when I was in my early 20s.

Has anyone ever had a female roommate? I am just shaky about it because their moods flactuate faster than the dow Jones or should i just stick to brehs? Help a brother out.

@Capitol I haven't interviewed anyone yet. I thought guys will be the only ones replying to my ad. I was surprised seeing females replying and being interested.

ive had 2..the first one was the only female living in a house of like 4 dudes..never had any problem with her really..but didnt have anything in common

the second one was someone who i thought was cool...someone i used to bar hop and smoke with....even hit it a couple times in the past...she asked me out of the blue if i wanted to be her roommate because the room she was trying to rent out, the ppl were making nervous or some shyt...i was like no problem....i think she had plans for me to be live in dikk...but at the time i was dealing with someone who would end up being my gf...she got a rude awakening on that and didnt handle it too well.....that led to a whole bunch of on and off drama for a year...i was through with having roommates period after that

Girl I was going to move in my spot was rooming with an asian dude after her old roomate(girl) did some foul shyt. That was pretty much their setup as well.
It was the asian dude his H.S. aged sister and the girl I was friends with in one house.
The girls had more of an issue with each other than with the dude

Damn. Forgot about the bathroom thing. When I used to live with my siz she would clog the sink almost every two weeks. Hair and make up. Now imagine a girl of another race..........Bruuuuuh!!!

might be buying Drano to unclog that shyt every four days.

I've had male roommates before. Never an issue. They end up taking me to do shyt like going to the gun range and gave me extra money b/c I cook and clean.

Fair warning tho: prank wars can get out of control quickly....
The key is to get somebody that is pretty chill.
