This will be the first series that Denver has a notable size advantage. Against Minny, Phoenix and LA, they were either at a disadvantage or it was relatively even.

Which is funny because they still dominated the offensive glass in every single one of those series': vs. Minny they had a +5% ORB%, vs. Phoenix they had a +7 ORB% and vs. LA they had a +8 ORB%. To the contrary, Miami has been dominated in every single series on the offensive glass.

Miami will have to make sure that disadvantage doesn't get out of hand because they'll already be up against it without the size to defend Jokic.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
I’m so impressed with this Heat team and how they got to another Finals. Just a resilient bunch.

Led by a bonafide superstar in Jimmy who probably has been underrated at times.

Even though Bam looks really limited sometimes on the offensive side he shows flashes of his versatility and his ability to impact both sides of the floor.

Well known veterans in Lowry and Love who can still get it done when needed.

Unknown players who they have developed and are playing outta their minds on the biggest stage—Caleb Martin had an argument to be the Bird ECF MVP.

A coach in Spo who has established himself as one of the best in the business. Since taking over as head coach 15 years ago the Heat have now made the Finals six times. SIX!

Undaunted by injuries to Dipo and the reigning 6th Man Of The Year. They don’t make excuses. They stay together and play for each other. They just keep playing and stay focused on winning.

They beat the shyt out of the number 1 seed Bucks—same team that swept them in the first round a couple of years ago. They proved tougher than the Knicks in that renewed rivalry from the 90s. They won a huge game 7 against the Celts after squandering a 3-0 series lead—same team that beat them in seven in last year’s conference finals. That requires toughness.

They’ve been labeled as a Cinderella and I get why but this is a team that is just a few years removed from being in the Finals where they were just a couple games from winning it all again. They deserve to be in the Finals again.

I expect them to be a formidable opponent that may challenge my Nuggets in ways we haven’t been tested this postseason. I expect this to be a great series that will require the Nuggets to be great. Here’s hoping my Nuggets will rise to the occasion.

I don’t know if this has been brought up yet but the Nuggets are so much more talented the Heat. It’s a huge gap.
Denver is led by a guy who was drafted 41st overall and Miami has a #2 overall pick, #5 overall pick, #13 overall pick and #14 overall pick.

Miami is so much more talented, it's a huge gap :troll:

I aint gone hold you the Nuggets aint faced a team of this caliber. All them nikkas they faced was trash. A team with KAT and Gobert is automatically trash. Suns was 2 players and shyt tier role players. Trash. Lakers role players was trash and AD was Bam-esque on offense. The Nuggets have had plenty of moments where they've gone cold and let teams back into games but their opponents couldn't capitalize. The heat's whole MO this playoffs is capitalizing on those moments. Heat packing these nikkas up.
I'm rolling with this narrative :ehh:

Heat in 6 :mjlit:
