I actually like the recent trend of a different team winning the NBA Finals every year, makes the NBA more interesting because it's a lot more unpredictable. Regardless of whether Denver or Miami win the Finals, I appreciate the fact that it's different teams this year. I also think it's dope this year because Denver has never been to the Finals and Miami is an 8th seed that many people, including myself, bet against in every series they had thus far.



on a side note Steph Curry and Jokic play so effortless on offense

Thats what made this years playoffs soo interesting, the known stars like Curry/Lebron down the bracket against upstarts like Sac/Memphis, Denver #1, Suns with KD, Boston with what most thought was best team, Mil with best overall record, NYK hyping their fans up, Miami mowing them all down, etc.. Great playoffs even if finals ends up a dud, hope Miami can figure a way to make it interesting..

Heat could’ve had this game. Maybe even should’ve had this game. Robinson, Strus, & Martin putting up 6 points on 2-23 shooting & it was still just a 9 point game with 2:34 left on the clock.

Denver was never in trouble of giving up this game.

The moment when Jokic feels like the opposition is gaining momentum he puts a stop to it. He had five shots over the first three quarters and was content on just feeding his teammates until he stopped fukking around (torturing the Heat slowly) and just put Bam under the guillotine. The Nuggets shot worse from behind the arc too (8 made threes at 29%) and well below their playoff average (38%), so it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to put an emphasis on the 3s Miami missed.
