elysium: first off this movie was trash

how did spider and his crew get to elysium without gettin shot down? they shot down 2/3 other ships that tried to make it there, but now just when matt damon has escaped they gonna totally ignore the ship full of hackers and shyt that are gonna reprogram elysium? they landed with ZERO issues, like them dudes in the elysium defense room were on lunch break or some shyt.

According to the series, rather than being killed outright by germs at the end of the 1953 film, the aliens had all slipped into a state of suspended animation. Their bodies were stored away in toxic waste drums and shipped to various disposal sites within the United States (ten such sites are known to exist in the country), and a widespread government cover-up combined with a condition dubbed “selective amnesia” has convinced most people that the invasion had never happened.



The main characters go around trying to stop the aliens and everyone acts like it didn't happen. The original movie took place in the 50's and the series took place in the 80's. The world was almost taken over and land marks destroyed (all over the globe). You mean to tell men everyone is going to forget that? What about the rebuilding, you would have to know what for.

1. If all the ice caps melted it wouldn't cover the Earth like that.
2. If for some reason it did, it would make it fresh water and the salt water would be diluted making it okay to drink.
3. Boats have to be in dry dock from time to time to keep the boats sea worthy. If there's no place to dry dock the ships will eventually sink. And if they found a way around that, how do the do repairs?

New Jack City - Nino's girlfriend became disgusted with his actions a little too late, no?. She seemed pretty cool with him being a murderer/drug dealer when he was talking about taking over the Carter, but when he started messing with G Money's broad and generally treated her like shyt, then she decided to see him for what he was. Please.

I'm rewatching New Jack City right now... what I never understood after the failed drug deal and Nino killing G-Money why the hell did he go back to the Carter in his apartment? Your entire drug empire has come to a stand still, your entire crew is dead and you got all of New York's cops and mafia on your ass why didn't you leave the state when you had the chance? You should have left and lay low for a while and made a new plan or at least start another Carter in another state
