Have you talked to your doctor about changing the medicine to something with less side effects?
If you're not taking your medicine then the state has a right to call CPS because you're not following treatment for your illness. I know you said it's difficult but given the issues you said you have it's probably imperative you take your medication until you get other options.
No disrespect but if you have an episode because you didn't take your medicine couldn't your child be in danger?

thats the thing with psychiatric medicines all them hoes have terrible side effects n u really cant avoid them. i am not mandated to hafta comply with treatment so technically they have no right to say i hafta comply with treatment. there are no other options i need to work n provide for my family and on meds i can not do that. I dont think there is 1 medication on the market to treatment my condition that wont impair me. no disrespect taken but as long as i stay away from hard drugs n alcohol im good,my child is in no danger with me she has actually been a big help n we have grown alot closer in the last few months.Have you talked to your doctor about changing the medicine to something with less side effects?
