It goes back to 2 things. Dismantling/ fighting white supremacy and forcing self accountability and responsibility. If we really want the black community too succeed we must first purge out every c00n and agent within the community that way there is no sabotage or in fighting and from there we address the topic at hand and pick a stance and build from there. We dont need leaders what we need is self sufficiency and self governance, it takes a village to raise a child. From there on we can fight WS.

A lot of people talking about this generation of black men can't lead BUT WHO RAISED THEM?!?! The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Most these nikkas raised by single moms you expecting a women to teach a man how to be a man? You failed there already. Only a snall minority of women know and can put into practice what it takes to be a man. Then you have both black men and black women enabling trash behavior on both sides. these types of threads are stupid. people try force a minority opinion as the majority. most of the bitter women with these mindsets have allowed their perception of black men and relationships to be sensationalized by trash tv shows like love & hip hop, real housewives, etc.

also using education as a means to be angry about why x person should be making more is a red herring. higher education above a college degree doesn't necessarily translate into real world ability or potential for success. i frequently see people with mba or doctorates that can't hold a candle to folks with a college degree and more real world ability or common sense skills.
