could be a good 6th man if he would accept that role but he'd likely retire first.

You have to hit shots to be good anything..this man is missing wide open shots. he can be the 10th man, he will still be bad. His shot is broken

Yeah he's gonna have to turn his career into what Jamal Crawford did these past few years, basically a gunner off the bench playing 20 or so mins with a team's second unit.

If you can set it up where Melo's not responsible for doing anything other than putting the ball in the basket against another team's backups I think he'd have value doing that. Would his ego allow him to do that though? Interesting question.

Someone lied to everybody and said he was a superstar: he believed it, coaches believed it, executives believed it, delusional Knicks fans believed it, heck half of the Coli believed it

Anybody with half a brain and looking at a 4th quarter of him playing in an NBA Playoff game could quickly come to the conclusion that he's an overhyped scorer with 0 leadership skills, no eye for the game (low basketball IQ, it's just rinse and repeat the same moves regardless of the situation, no way to appreciate the weight of situations) who can't take over a game or influence a team to do so.

Somebody lied.

baby, that was the old me
That first step gone. His lethal jumper ain’t what used to be.

Like kobe. His game didn’t age so well either. That jab step not so effective when you lose that quickness. They not biting so hard on your shimmy. Defense making you 2nd guess & double faking at the rim. Only to get blocked.

Prime Melo will always be one of the best scorers in nba history. :to:

Father Time is undefeated (expect for LeBron who still looks like a 22 year old)

Wade, Melo, Kobe, Dirk, TD, KG, they all turned flabby in their late 30s and can’t be in shape like the young guys.

Bron probably has the GOAT genes. Scientists need to study him

Kobe had one of his best seasons before that achillies tear. Had that not happend he could have balled out at least 3-4 more years.
