The only "fall-off" was his stint with the Rockets. They made him a spot up shooter camping behind the arc on most possessions. Bad fit from the start.

No, that became his game and he lost everything he had pouting when he should have went harder.

After the chair toss, his bad attitude gradually set in and effectively let Krause win. When he should have went harder. Instead he got on some baby pout lips shyt and instituted the only give out the effort I feel my pay is game and damaged it all. He should have done what his hockey superstar equivalent jagr did and get better. Instead he crafted a bad attitude and an equally lower effort pro game centered around that bad attitude and was never the same. That we never ever got the ridgeline pip ever again.

@Hammer

Thanks for asking this because the silent pip Stan squad.

will swear up and down in the overprocessing of Scottie legend the schlup years never happened.
When they did and he was never pip pip or ridgeline pip ever again after the chair toss.
He sure as hell after the being looked at negatively by Krause and imo overlooked in discussion as MVP after mike left the first time hut his Spirit he was never the same.

Thanks for posting this question.

Time Ta talk about it.

Pippen in Portland was Iguodala in Denver status...

A glue guy defensive minded point forward who could stuff the stat sheet, team oriented impact player.

I'd say he's more Iggy from two years ago if Iggy started. Iggy was a lockdown defender in Denver and Pippen was no longer that. But yeah he would do a lot of everything else including running the offense since Stoudamire was more of a scoring PG. Those Portland teams was so damn deep though. If only Rasheed had the mindset of being a star they would've got a title or two. Even as was it took a miracle comeback for the Lakers to beat them in game 7.

Pip ain’t bending them knees for shyt :flabbynsick:

Like breh,...

You never had to stick Jordan everyday.
We don't know in the mental process. what Scottie is using in this particular moment as fans peering in as far as subtle movement like Scottie knows in playing defense on mj, breh.

C'mon...
I am all for calling the schlup it years out but i feel that is being honest about his play. I wanna have the real discussion not some comedy roast. Pip deserves more than that and deserves his mythos told with some respect because he is a lot of narratives from a tough spot.
people can learn from in a number of situations.
outside bball from bball about a number of things concerning life not just bball.

Maybe not but Pip was still a high impact team defender as a Blazer like Denver Iggy.

Yea,that was a :flabbynsick: finals matchup

Not really because the changing of the guard for west coast finalist was coming full circle to all the bubble west coast teams and the jazz earned it as far as their brand of basketball meets coaching roster advancement and execution using experience goes.

Sloan had worked his way to that occurring via his brand of bball.
So, you can't look at it as a tale of youth. It was a tale of a coach creating methods to solve a puzzle over time. As the jazz are in Chicago head to head the favorites cause the jazz always owned the bulls till this series. All this the bulls were the favorites is just more ny meets Boston trumped up media to take and snarch away merit and the narratives of hoe profound jordan's play was. as mike had to figure out the jazz puzzle finally there. As mike never could solve the jazz, Portland, la, sonics or sunz puzzle out exactly till those finals. The bulls and mike were whiping bois globally to those western conference teams. The overprocessing of the bulls roster is one of the most bullshyt trumped up overratings of all time.

The archetype and mj's batman meets robin upgrade of pip to dr j's iceman is what pip created in value for players like big shot bob and iggy in the current age.
The big shot bob to iggy type js based off the pippen wing forward model

Jazz were giving at least 10mpg to five different White guys and every one was either 34+ or complete trash.

First big off the bench was 36yo Antoine Carr.

No one other than Malone averaged 11ppg or over 5rpg in the series. No one.

And the Chicago wins were:

Game 2: Win 93-88 when Malone only goes 5-16 for 16 points.

Game 3: The 44-point blowout where the entire Jazz team outside Malone shot 13-59 (22%) for the game.

Game 4: Win 86-82 when Malone needs 21 shots to score 21 points and no one else on the the Jazz has more than 10.

Game 6: Win 89-88 on Jordan's buzzer-beater

Can you imagine someone saying to Lebron before the series, "Well, this team has started 4 White guys all season, two are 34+ and the other two are Keefe and Foster. They only make 3 threes a game and are going to shoot 21% from three in the Finals. They are slow on defense and their guards are old and undersized. Do you think you can beat them?"

Lebron: "Well, if we can keep Malone below 20 a few times and squeeze out some close wins, then I think we might have a chance to keep it from going 7." :troll:

You talking but I can say the same thing about the Dallas and the first san Antonio series and lebron lost tho.

Now stfu with that bron bullshyt.

I can easily body that lebron bullshyt right up in here breh.

Move around.
When it is over, pio could use the ring argument and bron not playing his natural and having a nightly mismatch in paper. To shirk his natural and jump all on Scottie wing forward position based dikk and still never win six titles. While also losing hoards of finals run emulating pip tho.

No stfu.

You come back in here with the bron shyt.

You catchin another table.

Here's a big game he had vs. the Lakers in the 1999 playoffs. Pip put up 37 pts, 13 rebs, 4 assists, and the 3 stls. (killing Kobe in the post)

:mjlol:I WAS TRYING TO TELL THESE DUMB nikkaS
IN THAT MJ/PIP VS BRON/TMAC THREAD.

PIP WOULD HAVE ATE THOSE DUDES IN THE POST ALL DAY LONG
WITH NO DOUBLE TEAM.

nikkaS REALLY SLEEP ON THE POST GAWD.

People really don't understand how debilitating a bad back is
Yep...fukked up my back deadlifting and couldn't squat or DL for a year. Hurt your back and you dont realize how much you use it. It even made getting in and out of the car a task. Cant imagine having to get in a defensive stance and play D on top of all that running and jumping. But OPs post is retarded tho bc who expectd a 36 y/o Pip to be the All Star that he was in Chi? He was clearly the old head in Portland. Sheed and those guys were the go to guys. He averaged 14 6 6 in Hou but idk why thats bad. Thats 6 points less than his career average with the same assist and Rbds. Who was on that team? Dream, Chuck, Glide?

Your entire argument is that you could say something, but won't? :dead:

Pops >> Sloan
30yo Duncan >> 34yo Malone
24yo TP >> 35yo Stockton
29yo Ginobli >> 34yo Hornacek
Finley/Horry/Bowen/Oberto >> Russell/Foster/Anderson/Ostertag

Spurs made 7 threes/game on 37% shooting, Jazz made 2 threes/game on 22% shooting
Spurs had 2/5 of the NBA All-Defensive team, Jazz had Malone

And MJ went to war with Scottie, Rodman, Kukoc, Harper, Longley, and Kerr. Lebron had Z, Boobie, Gooden, Sasha, Varejao, and Damon Jones. :heh:

You old people are something else. Spurs a good two levels better at EVERY position, coaching, and bench.

You must have wet dreams at night remembering how great it was when 4 nonathletic White Americans could make the Finals starting NBA games together. :russ:

The Spurs big three was in their 24-30 prime, while the Utah big 3 was 34-35, Spurs had some of the GOAT role players while Jazz had trash, and you're saying they the same. :camby:
